This Privacy Policy explains how Діма Тетяна Маринівна ("we", "us"), operator of Marketing Intelligence Hub at https://metriverra.com, handles personal data. For payments, our Merchant of Record (Paddle) is a separate controller of the payment data it processes.
1. Data we process
- Account data you provide: name, email, workspace and user details.
- Connected-account data: metrics and metadata from the advertising, analytics and CRM accounts you connect (processed on your behalf to provide the Service).
- Technical data: sign-in device/browser and IP address for security (session and anti-sharing controls), and basic logs.
- Billing data: handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) at checkout; we do not store your card details.
2. How we use it
To provide, secure and support the Service, to process and reconcile subscriptions, to comply with law, and to communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal basis
Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only as needed to run the Service: cloud hosting, the payment Merchant of Record (Paddle), transactional email, and messaging/alerting. Each is bound by data-protection obligations. The advertising/analytics platforms you connect are engaged by you as your own controllers/processors.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) and supplementary measures.
6. Security
Encryption of stored access keys, per-customer data isolation, role-based access, session and device controls, and access-controlled backups. Secrets are redacted from logs.
7. Retention
We keep data while your subscription is active. After it ends, data is retained for a limited recovery window and then permanently deleted, with advance notice. You may export data before deletion.
8. Your rights

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without consent.
