Facebook and Instagram data deletion

Metriverra (Marketing Intelligence Hub) connects to Facebook and Instagram only when you press "Sign in with Facebook" in Settings. We read statistics of the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you select — read-only — to show reports in your workspace.

What we store

• an encrypted access token for the Pages you selected;
• daily statistics of those Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts (reach, followers, engagement, spend and similar figures);
• the name of the Facebook profile that signed in.

We do not store your password, your messages or the content of your posts.

How to remove Metriverra's access

1. On Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites).
2. Find Metriverra and press Remove.

After that Metriverra can no longer read any data, and the stored token stops working.

How to request deletion of stored data

Email cheize2020@gmail.com from the address of your Metriverra account with the subject "Data deletion". Name the workspace and the Facebook Page or Instagram account. Within 30 days we permanently delete the token and all statistics received from Facebook and Instagram for that workspace and confirm by email.
